Dedicated group who work to do good things here in Baytown. The Day of Caring volunteers with United Way were all over town fixing up schools and daycares and service agencies. Thank you for all that you do!

They helped me once, way back when. I tried to get assistance recently for my electric bill, and they said there was a two-month wait. And of course you have to have a cut-off notice. Cut-off notices give you about a week to pay, so how do you wait two months? Also, they won't help at all unless you scrape up 100 bucks for "your part."

They don't help, they refer you to 211 Texas who in return refer you back to them,,same thing happened a few years back,,the staff is very rude,,I donated $5 through my paycheck every 2 weeks for years,,but never again,,by reading the other reviews it looks like they pick who they want to help
