my husband passed away and the lady I spoke with was rude and I felt like I was taking up her time and couldnt wait to get rid of me. Did not explain anything to me, did not tell me what I could be prepared for and only set up a phone appointment for 2 months later. Such a shame because losing a loved one is hard enough.

I don't understand the low reviews every time I've been there it's been reasonable fast, person helping has always been curtious and professional as was my experience this morning, God bless them, it isn't easy working with the public

This phone number is a general number and not the building itself. You can never reach the same person twice. Good luck getting ahold of anyone not working from home. Horrible communication. I'm a disabled veteran and they've been dragging me around for six months with goofy repedative paperwork all for THEM to write the wrong date down on all of it. You'll be hearing from my lawyer.

Wow! I went in to fill out the form to have taxes deducted from my social security check and it only took like 2 minutes. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and helpful!

Wonderful employees. Smiling and helpful. Easy to get in and out. I was here during the government shutdown in January 2018 and the employees were working even though not getting paid. Unfortunately due to the government shutdown they couldn’t finish my business, but it wasn’t their fault here in the local office.

At least 1 male rep at this office treats people as if he is personally offended you recieve benefits. Trys to make you feel terrible about yourself for receiving ssi. Asks very personal questions and scoffs at the answers, continuously hinting that everyone is frauding the system in some way.
