Our favorite place ever to help and volunteer, we dropped off our Christmas Gifts yesterday for all the seniors we have been doing for 4 years and will continue as long as we can. Tatum awesome to work with and we always love seeing Cherise.

The group homes are not ran like they should. No food for clients, dirty and they don’t care if clients go months without showers or if there briefs are clean. You have upper administration working from home trying to tell Hm how the place should run when she doesn’t even get out to group homes. You have another guy loves to watch camera on staff to try and get them in trouble. I have seen clients with toe nails so long they barely can walk. I witnessed houses with hardly no food and no cleaning supplies or hygiene products. They do get there stuff together when they know licensing in coming. I would hope the CEO would get some new upper management that cares to take over. Clients suffer and uppers still getting paid.

Absolutely dangerous homes to live in I feel like that the CEO and founder of this place should get the maximum punishment for very dangerous activities not even to mention the very unsafe and inhumane conditions we experienced every day I feel like the founder and CEO should be given some medications to help them out bc this place is so dangerous it isn't funny faulty gas stoves in each house and staff purposefully blaming the residents for almost bombing the neighborhood i mean my god and not even to mention the residents might look ok and harmless but they want to end their lives because it's so miserable i don't blame them i mean hell this company covers up every single danger that lurks in the house and without a doubt this place will be shut down permanently um when I get a hold of a agency that's investigating this place

I needed help locating a new apartment that would accept my housing voucher. They took 2 weeks to return my call...found a nice place on my own..

I feel the need to warn anyone having FSL Services engage in upgrades to their home. At the start make sure to tell them you want to know of all improvements before construction's. These guys love to cut holes in ceilings, walls, doors and so forth. They tried to cut an unnecessary vent hole in my bedroom door, luckily I caught them in time to save my door. They also cut a hole in my bathroom ceiling to install a vent then figuring out they put the vent in the wrong place they cut another hole leaving me to deal with their mess of the initial hole. When asked what they would do about the first hole, they said "We don't do cosmetics", they left it.
Many more issues occurred.
Be aware and have a happy upgrade.

Sincerely,

Laird

I was fired because I caught a unknown virus (covid) and missed two weeks of work. Since then I have been unemployed while trying to take care of three kids under 7 yrs old. I seen this foundation on the news on June 25th i spoke with Pearla and Nadia montijo who I submitted my paper work to. today I received a email ask for the documents again. I submitted everything because I was on unemployment in February it was exhausted. I had reapplied in august and was approved for an extension due to covid. Then I have Carrie stating the foundation wasnt going to help me cause it not covid related. So now im 4 months behind waiting on this foundation think they was going to help my family. Carrie stated that its not her fault and she aint got nothing with them taken four months to get back to me and there is nothing she can do. I can only imagine how many people are waiting on them for months just to be turned away. I will continue to look for programs that are legit and care about the community this foundation just isnt one.

Worse company to use for home improvements. I had an air condition installed through this company and it's been a nightmare. The air conditioner leaked twice causing the ceilings in 2 bathrooms to crack and leak. They take their time in correcting issues that may occur and very little concern about damages which occur due to incorrect installation and/or faulty or defective product. Stay away from this company as they have no concern for the seniors they service.
