I love to shop at Goodwill, but this particular store always seems to be in disarray...The shelves are so jumbled up with items, that it is hard to look through it all. The clothes racks are stuffed with clothes so you have a hard time looking through them because there just isn't enough room. The store isn't dirty, just overwhelmed with too much stuff...

Today's visit doesn't really deserve any stars . The store was in disarray. Clothes are all too jammed in on the racks where there's no enjoyment in shopping. Lots of clothes laying around on the floor under the racks. And the fitting rooms are permanently closed for construction of something else. Not a great idea to do away with fitting rooms. I know I would rather try my clothes on before I purchase. Not have to return them. I'm sure more customers would agree. There are several other thrift stores in town to give my business too that have fitting rooms.

Big store filled with everything you might need. Items are not always the cleanest but they can be cleaned. Employees are friendly and helpful.

No fitting rooms. Sure, you can return things, for store credit, but must be brought back to store within 14 days.
The prices are high for used goods. (Inventory they receive at no cost.) $4.50 for a used tank top. Ridiculous!

Went in Saturday and they have closed the dressing rooms so I couldn’t try on the two pair of jeans . I asked two different employees if I could return them if they didn’t fit . One being the checkout counter clerk and he assured me that if they didn’t fit they would refund me since I couldn’t try them on . One fit and one didn’t so I returned it . I was then told that no I can’t get a refund I must take a gift card when I told her that’s not what I was told Saturday she said that’s my only option . The clerk who told me I could get a refund was standing next to her . I feel I was misled and wouldn’t have bought the jeans if I had been told I would have to take a gift card as a return . . Not a good business decision !!!
