We've used the day workers 3 times for yard work and each time received excellent friendly and hard working folks. The rates are reasonable. They're always punctual and go above and beyond in the task 💓

So dissapointed with this place and I will never use them again. Not only are their prices high but the worker that came to my home was rude. I was clearly having an emergency with my sister who is disabled so I had to stop everything and had to end early. What ended up being super rude was that instead of being gracious about the time she worked here she demanded me pay her for the time that I had supposedly agreed to. I said maybe four hours and felt very much like she was trying to push me into giving her money paid for work that she hadn’t completed. I paid her $180 for 7 hours of work fair and square. Yet she wanted more? even though I was having an emergency not fair. They will try to get you for a lot of money $25 an hour to fold laundry and wash some dishes. Not to mention that she was rude and kept saying I needed more people and did I need her tomorrow and next week. Had she been understanding that I had an emergency and would have been flexible I may have been more open to have her come over to help me finish my project. Never again using this place. Rude worker. Learn how to be sensitive to the situation next time.

I LOVE this Center. I have received top level responsive service from Fenix who answers every request with diligence, speed and results. The referrals we receive for workers has been amazing. Every one of the people who have served our needs has been skillful, respectful and fun to work with. What more could you ask? Trust is the bottom line and it is definitely a word I would use to describe my experience.

It is helpful if one's attitude toward Latinos is respectful and patient with language and cultural differences, being humbly grateful to have pre-screened, polite, hard-working men and women come to help. Really. Call them! :-))

Really great program and made the whole process very easy. Submitted the online form with everything I needed and when, they called me back promptly to gather a few more details on location and time, and the day worker showed up early and started helping immediately. He was very friendly and hard working. I would highly recommend this program!
