I will never seek help again.
It was a humiliating experience, I had to provide things I found strange and kind of off putting such as our socials. I’m not too comfortable about my experience. I had to go into detail about things that are hard to share with friends and family let alone a stranger. I felt criticized and judged. On top of it regular correspondence stopped and I was ghosted. I really hope I didn’t have my identity/bank info stolen.
