Description: We increased the total output of our meals services program by 48% in 2019 and again by 17% in 2020. In 2022, MOWA completed a transformative renovation project, with construction partners Choate Construction, ASD SKY, and Design Galleria Kitchen and Bath Studio. With adequate funding, we now have the capacity to produce over 1,000 meals per day, serving more than 1,000 clients per month. Our goal is to provide high-quality meals and services to those in need, while also promoting independence and dignity for our clients.

I really appreciate the work this center does for the community. That said, as a next-door neighbor, the loud music early in the mornings,especially on weekends,has made it difficult to get proper rest. I’d be grateful if they could keep the volume down a bit during early hours.

Absolutely fantastic Michael James and his crew. I received a new entry way and covered gutters. Increasing my property value and beauty to my home. Thank God my son never have to climb and clean our gutters. Outstanding job.

One of the best places to volunteer in Atlanta. You can either become a driver for meal drop off, or help pack or help to load cars. They also always need supplies. My daughter has learned so much from doing this as a part of her volunteer time for high school. It's a life changer. Incredible

The staff is amazing!!! Helped with my church (W.O.F.L.C) They are a light to the community... The elderly look forward to their weekly meals...They are very professional and friendly... The building is beyond clean!!! Bathrooms are spotless... They have detailed information on every person you deliver to including: if they have pets, if the person is diabetic and has food restrictions, and gate codes!!! Love this place... So patient and informative!!! You dont have to drive in order to help... You can be the one who calls the person to let them know you are on the way or you can help the driver with directions!!! You may also be able to help in the kitchen...If your looking for volunteer opportunities, look no further....
