They don't even deserve a star! I work third shift in Smithfield, NC! Our cafeteria use to stay open until 3am which was great and gave all of us employees amble amount of time to take a lunch break and go get food if we didn't bring it from home. Since Sodexo has taken over they have changed the hours they now serve us. They close the cafeteria at 12am which isn't a good time for hospital employees who are pulling 10 and 12 hour shifts we have less than 4 hours to go to the cafeteria to pick up food for our lunch breaks. These times are so unreasonable for staff mostly because we are so busy from the time we clock in until around 12am when things start to calm down for us to finally take our breaks or go grab lunch right quick. Please make this better for us third shifters who do not have all the same choices first and second shifters have. Night shift employees always get the dirtier end of the stick if you know what I mean!
P.S. they only have one employee in the cafeteria that takes orders one at a time and she gets over whelmed when everyone is swarming into get their food before 12am!!!! Do better Sodexo!!!!!
