I was a resident at Griner Gardens for about 6 1/2 years. I was proud to call this place home until recently when the fill in management or managers arrived! When I say they (Natasha) & (Elise) are liars and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL rude and disrespectful! When the previous manager was there everything ran so smoothly and she knew how to communicate with you!If you had an issue maintenance would come out and take care of it same day! I waited for repairs to be done in my apartment for 2 months and still haven’t been fixed. If you’re thinking about moving to Griner Gardens please don’t unless you want to be stressed about things getting fixed properly or worse your belongings be placed on the curb because “MANAGEMENT” not knowing how to do their job! The complex has really gone down and so many people are leaving.

Wouldn’t even give them one star. I used to love the old mangers in office, really good people. they have new people. I’ve never been one of those people that get on reviews. I don’t really have the time. But, I cannot get over the new managers. Incredibly rude. And selfish. PATHETIC. And talk to you like you’re stupid.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! So I did a honest review of my living experience in Griner Garden and the issues I had while living there and I get blocked for being Honest! First of all how is someone is supposed to reach out to anyone when no one is ever in the office? When i tried to contact someone higher up the call gets transferred back Griner Gardens go figure! Since this seems to be the only way I can get a response out of anyone Griner Gardens (owner) I’d like to know why my money that I had to pay to the courthouse (Due to a wrongful eviction) hasn’t been entered into the system and You (Natasha) said yourself you received the check on on July the 7th but couldn’t enter it in due to it trying to go into someone else’s account and you had to call your IT guy🤔. I guess you never got in touch with him because as of today 8/6/25 that money still hasn’t been deposited. Where’s the money Natasha? You created that AI generated message just to try and save face!

I have lived here a year plus and i can say the apartments are nice inside and out!!
My family loves it here!! The kids also loves the playground!! John make sure every problem we have is fixed. Ms.karen , the property manager is awesome also me and my kids love her she is a sweetheart!!

So far I have had a great experience and I’ve been living here 3 years. It’s a nice community, it’s extremely quiet, everybody gets along for the most part and I love the building I’m in. The property manager is extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. She does everything she can to help her tenants and to solve any issues that we may have. I’m glad I chose to live here.

I’ve lived here almost 2 months now and I honestly can’t find anything but good things to say. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. I love my neighbors and the property manager is literally the sweetest person ever. I don’t see myself finding anywhere else to stay anytime soon. I love it here!

I will say these past two years I have been the happiest living here at griner gardens.First the # 1 reason Karen Cruz she is awesome not only is she a super leasing Mgr she is more like a sister to me she is very professional and fair she always makes sure her tenets are well taken care of and informed of changes on holidays I can always expect a treat on our door from popcorn to sweet treats she works so hard when she has her own life. She pushes daily to make griner gardens the best I can always say .....love you Karen for all you do also she has a area in the rent office for the kids. It's to teach positive and artistic values painting stones with great sayings like is say she goes beyond just for us I'm so happy I live here.

Lived here for a year now. The parking lot and common areas are all very well maintained. Management is very responsive and friendly. All the appliances inside the apartment are in great condition. The community is very friendly and management frequently puts together events for the whole complex to enjoy. Highly recommended and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here
