Living streets Alliance is a great organization that advocates for equitable transportation. One thing that has impacted me about their work is how they draw attention to the fact that so much of the public space in our communities is made up of roads for cars. We have invested so much in car infrastructure it will continue to be dominant for decades to come. However, LSA is highlighting alternatives that make our community more equitable and just generally a nicer place to live. Definitely an organization worth supporting!
