Friendly customer service, this place is clean. Gold medal ribbon was delicious. One scoop was $2.99 and two scoops were $5.00. Not crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Staffs were patient enough to give us time to choose from multiple flavors. Free parking space available but less spots for this area. Good place to get ice cream, milkshake and donuts.

I ordered on Uber Eats.
They accepted and started preparing the order.
After the delivery person was dispatched and at the store, they called to tell me that the item i ordered is not available. This was half an hour after they accepted and "started" the order.
They won't cancel it. So, I had to. And now I am being charged to compensate the store and the delivery person for their time. What the actual hell?

Never had much ice cream from here but I decided to go! The Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup ice cream is sooo good! You get three huge scoops for $6! Worth it! I will be trying others! The staff could smile a little more when serving.

Usually my summer place to go for late night ice cream,milkshake and smoothies. I usually prefer the chocolate ice cream and shake or worst case gold medal. Though I tried other flavors, chocolate seems to be the best while pistachio is the worst according to me. Ambience is nothing much to describe as such. Union city cops do frequent this place at night for quick coffee as it's a 24 hr outlet. The staff though keeps on changing every year.

Very very very bad. I ordered on uber eats at 1:30 am cuz this was the only place open. And I placed 6 orders of Hash browns, 1 bagel mini and a coffee and I only got the coffee and bagel mini. Such unprofessional service. This is not the first time this has happened, the last time I had ordered ice cream as they also have Baskin robins and they didn’t have anything available at all. If they can’t provide the items they have on the menu then what’s the point of operating. I don’t even wanna give one star. Very poorly managed.

Don’t order online … they never update their menu or let their customers when they ran out of something. Their presentation and sizes are always wrong and messy. It sucks it’s the local spot around and good luck getting a refund when you do any online delivery.

The worst customer service I have ever come across, I had been here just few minutes ago, and waited patiently for 15 to 20 minutes as the person was taking care of other customer, but once that person leaves and even after me calling me excuse for twice still he didn’t respond, when I mentioned him I am waiting here for 15 minutes his answer was so pathetic, he says me “so what can I do”? Is this what a customer service is? Is this what a customer should be replied even after waiting for 15 minutes at the mid night when there is no busy time as well. So pathetic service. Hope you change the person!

Ruined a birthday but completely screwing up, then not caring about the cake.

. On top of the cake was the correct order confirmation with the right flavor listed. Someone scratched off the flavor and re wrote just plain vanilla. They did not call me to verify this nor inform us that they had made this change.

Picked up cake, person behind the desk had no idea what to do when we asked them about the fact they scratched off the flavor we had chosen on the order confirmation. Person could barely operate the register.

Since we were not sure about the cake flavor without cutting into it we brought it home and checked. Vanilla instead of Pistachio. Tried calling the location, no answer. They have not answered all day. Tried emailing the managers, no response. Called corporate customer service to try and fix and there is nothing they can do to get in touch as they tried too.

Not worth going back into the shop since the person there had not idea about anything so we get a birthday cake - not cheap ill add- that is completely wrong and no one to do anything about it to make it right. Will dispute on CC given no other option and never return.
