It seems this store didn't like my first review since they obviously deleted it. This is what I said. On Saturday I called Leepers to see if they had a wheel for my Husqvarna lawn tractor. The gal who answered said the parts guy was busy with someone but would call me right back. 2 1/2 hours later I gave up on him calling me back and called the store again. The parts guy put me on hold to see if they had the part. He came back and said yes he had it. I told him I would come right away to get it. It's a 40 minute drive to that store. When I got there the parts guy went to get the part. Ten minutes later he came back and said the inventory must be messed up because he couldn't find the wheel. No sorry was put forth. He just didn't care that I had taken this trip and wasted both gas and my time. Don't believe what this store tells you. It could be a huge waste of your time and gas. Horrible experience!

Not at all impressed with the service department. Dropped an older model 4 wheeler off 3 weeks ago for carb cleanup. It started and ran, but only if the choke was left closed. The girl who told me they would try fixing it, said they would not be able to get parts of it needed it, and it would be about a week. The charge would be about $70. They had attempted to call about a week later, but weren't able to leave a message, they didn't attempt to call again for 2 weeks. I was about to call a and find out the situation when they called and said it had been done. I went next day to pick it up, it was setting outside and I almost didn't get it started. When I did, it raced on way too high of idle, but after warm up I was able to open the choke, but it ran terribly rough and still idled way fast. The older man who did the work came over when I was trying to get it started on but other than a sour look, he didn't say anything, it was obvious he wasn't happy and didn't like working on it. He walked away after it started, and I questioned the rough running and backfiring, and the young man who was directing me got defensive about t the old guys knowledge and the fact that he had been doing this stuff "for 30 years and knew what he was doing". He recommended I run all the gas out and put fresh in and add some Lucas upper cylinder additive to the gas. the idle was set so high, even after warm up, I couldn't take it out of reverse without shutting the engine off first. I got it home and tried letting it idle, I did manage to turn the idle down, but the sputtering and backfiring won't let it idle long enough to run the gas out. I had to keep restarting it. Iw won't take anything else over for the old grouch to mess it up.

Moved here from Arizona and didn’t know gee from haw when it came to buying a high-end mower. Michael was fantastic to work with and exhibited patience and knowledge to help me make the best decision possible for what I NEEDED. He was not the type to sell me some overkill machine that costs twice as much for what I’m looking to accomplish. I wound up with one of the new Husqvarna XCite machines and I think it’s goi g to make a daunting task fun!
