You Guys have a very bad case manager who doesn’t help the people who need help. Why doesn’t he sit in the chair if he doesn't help? Please change case manager Sangam or give him a lesson so he can learn.

This place was very highly recommended to me and it saddens me that I’ve been trying to call for the past 3 weeks and no one ever actually takes my call, I’ve left voice mails and still nothing. And it’s not like I can go in anytime I’m over an hour away from Tucson and work full time I can’t make a trip whenever.

I am not really satisfied with the service I got. The lady who filled out our forms for permanent resident card made a mistake. She had to resubmit my documents after a couple months after receiving a letter form USCIS. Then I have received another letter saying I need to send my medical records again because it is not valid after 60 days. Now, I saw the civil surgeon to get the process going. Guess what? Now I am told to do all medical stuff all over again. Because of her fault ( the lady who filled out our forms ) I have to spend more money. I am really disappointed!!!

A friend at work tried calling International Rescue Committee and was told they no longer help refugee families. I find that hard to believe as IRC was designated in Tucson to help Refugee families. She tried calling my refugee centers and some were closed and others stated they could not help. What's happening in Tucson that you can not find adequate services for refugee families. It's a sad day in Tucson when you cannot find assist for desperately refugee families.
