I really like their coffee. It tastes great! What I don’t like is their opening hours. Sundays it’s closed and sometimes their opening hours don't match with Google. I was so disappointed when I placed my door dash order for a coffee just for door dash telling me it’s sold out. They’re open till 5 and I placed the order at 1:30. It was just a cold brew with caramel.

We always make a point of finding local coffee shops when traveling as we much prefer to support small business over chains. The Franklin was a great find - service was prompt and friendly - and our drinks were perfectly executed. The shop isn't very big but has a welcoming and comfortable aesthetic. Will gladly support this business any time we are in the area.

OK I should have taken a picture of my bagel sandwich because it was beautiful as well as delicious! Its not on the online menu here but it was an everything bagel with turkey, mixed greens, some kind of delicious jam, apples, caramelized onions and spectacular bacon. I ate it so fast but every bite was so flavorful! Definitely not what I was expecting for a bagel sandwich. The wildflower latte is perfection as well for all my lavender 💜 lovers!

Anytime I find myself in Sparta, I make a point to swing into Franklin Coffee House for a brew. They use Bella Goose beans, which are phenomenal. The daily baked goods selection varies, and my favorite is the maple peanut butter cookie.

The biscuit is fresh in the wall street sandwich, you can tell. Look at this biscoff latte, get it for drinking it there. Great atmosphere.

Very small space for how much foot traffic passes by. I needed to study and fo homework because I get too distracted at home. I definitely couldn't get much done in the coffee shop as well since it's a bit cramped and noisy. Coffee was okay, just a typical tasting roast that didn't entirely turn on my coffee senses. I wish they had more bakery options and inventory. Staff was nice.
