People there are ok . But they help when they want to help. The place is always closed. If they're always going there be closed why have them on payroll and why have that service in Guadalupe. They should just keep the Tempe community action open for both areas. They're sign reads 8 to 5 pm mon- Friday and it should be just like that .

There is a secretary with glasses and short curly hair... idk what her name is but she is rude. I am not a typical Guad resident; I am black and she seems racists. I will watch her treat Hispanics friendly but will speak to me in a different tone and ask me to bring in extra doc's to make my life difficult; Its hard enough going into a please to ask for assistance, there is no need for her to treat the needy in this manner, even though I see her not ask the Hispanic person for anything. She has been working there for years and they allow her to act in this disgraceful manner to people in need. I would have thought they'd have let her go a long time ago. Smh!
