I have always relied on Goodwill for affordable products, but today's experience left me very disappointed. I’ve donated items to support their mission, but I was surprised to find that they now charge 10 cents per plastic bag. This felt unnecessary, especially when combined with their strict policy of not allowing carts outside the store.

I opted not to use a bag and attempted to take the cart out to load my items directly into my car, which was parked just outside. When I asked the cashier if I could take the cart out, his response was, "I only work here." This lack of service was frustrating.

It’s clear now that Goodwill is primarily a business, and not the community-focused organization I once believed. After this experience, I am reconsidering both donating and shopping there in the future.

Completely nasty and absurd prices. Never go here. This is half of what was originally a speaker set of two goofy, ugly Batman speakers from like, the nineties. It is banged up like it's been dropped, drawn on, and covered in dirt. I'm pretty certain this is at or above retail price for when this came out. Which was, again, probably the nineties. Never shop here, never look here, never walk through the front door. You can get cheaper new stuff any direction you walk from here.

Won’t be back to the location. I bought a $8 set of 4 plates (packaged together). When I got home, I opened them and saw 3/4 plates were cracked..and of course the non-cracked one was on top so you wouldn’t know until the packaging was opened. I called and asked if I could return, they told me yes, with receipt and within 7-days. Okay, great. I went in this morning and they told me they couldn’t do the return since it was a seasonal item…uh, okay? Seasonal or not, you guys sold broken plates and packaged/taped them together with the good plate on top so it wouldn’t be seen…I asked for a manager and the manager wouldn’t come out because they were “too busy” but they would not refund me. This company has gotten so shady and not to mention the prices. They purposely sold a broken item and concealed it before putting it out on the shelf. The greed with this company is unreal. I won’t be donating here anymore nor giving them my business. Yes. It’s only plates, but it comes down to the principle here. Especially because I called and asked before I made the trip back down here. They said they got new employees and they just have not known…not my problem. Train your employees better.

Just dropped some clothes off here to donate and the employee was EXTREMELY rude. Wouldn’t come up to my car. Said “what do you want” then slammed my trunk and closed the doors on me. Been donating to goodwill for 15 years and never had the racist encounter I had here. I’ll be sure to be back to speak with management

Ok. So I’m going to rate these from most favorite to least. All have a large selection of clothes. I mostly look at the furniture and glassware.

Doesn't deserve a star. Goodwill has become unbelievable. They are a THRIFT store taking donations of USED items supposedly to help people with their careers and enable people to acquire items that they can afford. Nope! They charge RETAIL for used items. They have out priced Ross, TJMax, and Target with USED items. What is so wrong with charging items below retail to benefit the community? Nothing. Instead they squeeze every last cent on DONATED items. My niece checked out and the manager took her jeans from her and changed the price to a greater price as she was checking out. He didn't want to honor the "color tag of the day" price. So very greedy!

This store and the employees suck. I had a piece of furniture on hold and they sold it to someone else. I am furious because I had my heart set on that piece.
The prices are significantly higher at this location than other GWs in the area. All around not good. The Sun City locations have better staff, that will actually hold your items for you, and better prices!!
Avoid this location… unless you’re going to steal. In which case rob that store blind!

Not a good place to shop, waited in a long line just to be told the item I was buying was “priced wrong” $5.99 (half price day) it was a clothing item with a tag attached on it, spoke to manager they still did not honor it, I was confused as they said “someone priced it wrong” it wasn't worth more than that. the manager did not handle it professionally, was highly disappointed, will not be returning.
