I'm sorry but seriously don't take all the reviews to heart!
I've had to call 911 3x in the last 4 weeks. These guys are TOTALLY AWESOME. Very professional. They showed concern for my family members and kept me informed as to their status .
The police officer was also super awesome just wish I had all the names

They state they offer AHA HeartCode skills sessions on their website, but do not return phone calls or emails when you try to schedule. Two years ago I paid for a service I never received. This year I tried to contact them before paying, and was unable reach anyone in their training department after phone calls and emails. Very frustrating.

EMS people were very rude... my family and I were in a time of crisis when we felt the need to call 911, and the young EMS were laughing at us at arrival and very unprofessional. I asked for their names to call and complain to Life Link and they questioned me and refused to give me their names- again, rude and unprofessional. The refused to let anyone in the ambulance with my sister in her time of crisis when she was obviously frightened and hysterical. However, i do thank them for helping my family.
