I went to the drive thru and the girl got my order mixed up to the point I was a little irritated and had to wait 20 minutes just to get my food and when she brings my order out, no thank you or apologies for the attitude. Stay away from this place. They always get the order wrong or something is missing

The WORST customer service in Louisburg. They charged me for several things “included” with the meals that I never recieved. Completely forgot half of my order (overcharged for only one order) when I tried to dispute it I got attitude from all but one employee. Yelling, bad attitude, and waste of money and time. Next time I might as well just go to mcdonalds.

Waited in the drive thru for more than 20 min for a chicken sandwich and fries. The person at the window was very unapologetic and had a attitude when I asked for the napkins and a straw. NEVER AGAIN!

At 1:30 I went through the drive through and had to pull to the side of the parking lot. At 2:00 the 8 piece bucket arrived. No napkins. No hot sauce like I asked for. But the chicken was good. Poor management!

Got that 4 pc deal plus 1 added meal on today a wore that chicken 🐔 😋 out! Do you get my drift? It was finger linking good. Hot off the grill or cooking, you decide 🤔, chicken was fresh, French fries 🍟 hot! Woooodoggie !😋😉 Service was challenging because the chicken had to be cooked, but didn't stop the Associate from being on Par. She juggle the clients around with poised, serving everyone on time. She should be given the award of the year for a job well done. 5 Stars 🌟 🤩 I'm given for outstanding service during a most stressful period of the day, lunch time. 🤩. The biggest disappointment is that the sign says liver and gizzards ,$5.00.

I go to order liver and gizzards mixed at the drive thru,the girl tells me that i can't have a mix and if I wanted both I would have to order separately,in other words spend 5 more bucks.
I couldn't believe it because I have ordered the mix anywhere including KFC and it was never a problem.. So I asked her once I got to the window if she could do a half and half ,a little gizzards a little little livers ,nothing hard and she said no again .. I've never had to buy tea and lemonade to get an Arnold Palmer they just mix it ..I'm not sure why she could just mix the order..I hate to go to an establishment filled with young ppl ,They are the worst!

So go in and order a family 16 piece bucket and the girl at the register says it will be a while because they have no chicken!!!!!!! Really —it is 4:40pm on a Sunday and they are open till 11pm! This is not the first time this has happened!!!!!!! Where is the management of this establishment?

Order wrong, items left off, and over charged. The food we did receive was nasty.
No hairnets, it's kind of gross.
Will not return.
