I visited a Home Care patient here and was happy with my experience. My patient said they were helping her get an apartment, and would be moving soon. She seemed happy with her accommodations and functioned well in the limited space of her room but was ready to move out on her own. Everyone I spoke with in the office was friendly and very helpful.

Filthy, full of cockroaches and bugs. Kitchen is completely grease! No one picks up after themselves. Toilets and bathtubs are never clean

NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE! Which goes against Federal Law! Doors are handicapped accessible neither is kitchen!

No one helped me housing for the whole month I was there!

Dislike because the people I know who have stayed here said the drugs are done inside which means I could get high by staying here. However, when I call to see about a open bed they say no we're full and tell us to call back every day. Like come on now we have empty houses, apartments, and condos why don't you let someone run a recovery home in one of them and have more beds for those like me on the streets but clean.

It's difficult. They give a month of shelter but when you're exhausted and broken they want to force you to do paperwork to find a living arrangement. They expect paper light documents of services instead of just helping you with your struggle and keeping you sheltered. It's too hard to comply with and then after the month of forced procedure... It's a he'd to lay on. They require too much.

I was treated with respect by the staff. My food items were kept separately as were my personal belongings. Although the circumstances of my stay was difficult, my experience at waypoint shelter provided a safe haven for me.

My family has abused and threatened me even the state. Hopefully it's safer than that. They give starter items a warm bed a private room. It's shelter away from abusive exes or faulty times of errors.

This place will make you beg and eas for a place to stay even when they have rooms they intentionally keep open and tell you they're full when they in fact are not full and have open rooms
