Came here for a personal drug test, they were cheaper then any place in Charlotte. The ladies in the front were really nice. I get to the back, do you know these people thought they were going to watch me use the bathroom for the drug test!!!! I never in my 34 years of living seen any place watch you (unless its ordered) use the bathroom! No ma'am I got up out of there quick!!!! Came on back to Charlotte. I found another place to take the test in PRIVACY! I paid a little more money, but it was private . Thats what I get for being cheap. So if you like being watched while using the bathroom then this place is for you!!!

I love keystone and everything about it! The people that work there are amazing and helped me save my own life. Robert Frost says: "home is the place where when you go there, they will not turn you away." Keystone is home for me ❤️ always has been and always will be. I'm forever grateful for what they've done for me and what they still continue to do. I will be 9 months clean and just 2 days, and I still go there for recovery management because I choose to. The social support from keystone is irreplaceable by anything else. I get something from them, that I don't get anywhere else.. and that's unconditional love 💕

This place saved my life! I love Dr.Burdette. She does not judge you on your past, only on what she sees currently. Keri is the greatest peer- counselor ever! The ladies up front make you feel right @home here. Make that life altering choice for yourself. You won't regret it!
