Took pictures of the rules since I couldn’t find them online. Seems like a nice little playground, though I hope it can be renovated soon and that the basketball court comes back

We played pickleball there today, and the courts were great! We got in early and secured a court without an issue. However, it did get busy around 7:30 am. So, getting there early is a must, unless you have midday flexibility, then it might not be as busy. I hope this helps in some small way. Have a great day!

The part and club house met all of my expectations. The only thing that really frustrates me was my deposit. It was $250 charge for rental and $200 deposit. They do not take credit or debit and I don’t have checks so I asked her if they took money orders. She said yes but they needed to be separate. I sent her both written out to Blackman Community Park and I just received my deposit back and it’s the same exact money order I sent them written out to them, my bank would not cash and Kroger would not give refund with my receipt. I had to go on to western union website and request a refund. It has been approved and it will arrive my mail in up to 15 days
I wish they would have been more clear on the contract. They needed to explain that you would receive the same method of payment in how you paid. Maybe then I would have left the pay to Oder area blank. Now I have to wait on a check to be mailed to me
The club house is worth the rental and it was great having a full kitchen to prepare for. Just be sure you understand that the deposit will not run through their account.

The person in charge of the Blackman Community Club is dishonest and operated like a scam artist. She wrongly accused us of not cleaning up and used that as an excuse to withhold our deposits. Despite providing evidence with pictures, she unfairly blamed us for existing issues, including items hung on the wall before our event. Consider renting the venue at your own risk, factoring in the deposit as an additional cost due to the lack of integrity from the person managing it. I cannot recommend this venue to anyone.

If you're going to come to the community center and bring your pet please clean up after your pet. Our children play at this park and no one wants to step in dog feces. Also take your trash with you. It's a privilege to have this community center and play area let's keep it nice and clean

They try to keep your deposit and scam you out of it for any reason what so ever not renting from them ever again place is run down anyway!
