Very thankful for this shelter they help everyone but the violence and theft is outrageous! First day I got there my wallet was stolen! This facility really needs to make it a program shelter to really end homelessness! It's not a retirement facility it's to end homelessness and most of the homeless are addicts. Very few that are there are sober are treated like outcast because we don't participate in their addiction! And really just want to get back on our feet by getting a job and getting our own place. You need to really get with the program please! And please keep them all I. Your prayers. Peace and Harmony be within you.

It really has gotten progressively worse, over the past few weeks. Their entire front lawn functions as hostile architecture, as they rid of the blankets for people to sit on. You now have to sit on hard rocks - and you get screamed at by the grumpy unpaid volunteer in the front office, if you (God forbid) sit against the building. She also tends to throw a fit if you need to use the restroom, and honestly I don't know what these people are expecting. You really think your meager income is going to protect you from what's coming, in terms of WW3? You really think that you're not going to be treated like cattle soon, as you treat us? You guys need to wake up and smell the roses. We're in the Apocalypse, the instant a Middle East Peace Plan is signed, and you're treating struggling human beings as though they're cattle. Expect karma.

I've lowered my review, from a 5 to a 1, because they've stopped supplying any of the following:
1) breakfast
2) lunch
3) snacks
4) mats

It should honestly be illegal, because you know full well that they're capitalizing off of this shelter. Meanwhile, the people that drive the profit (us, the people that can't afford $2200/month rent) are treated like animals. God knows about your corruption, FSS.

Keep an open mind when going here there are some very interesting people a lot of them have some stories that will make you cry but it is a clean facility they do provide you with hard boiled eggs and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast it's nice and warm they do provide you with a blanket but for everything else you're pretty much on your own they will accept you 24 hours a day regardless of who you are no questions asked it is quite far from downtown Flagstaff but you can look it up on the map and the staff is very friendly they even gave me a beanie for free and they have lots of clothing storage and it's a great place to stay if you need to

I had to live here after me and my wife were robbed. It is a homeless shelter and crisis shelter and yes it was hard. Even though I am half native the Navaho still made it hard for me, I am black foot. There was good and bad. I live comfortably now but I still have loving memories from this place. I came to AZ to retire. Wasn't in the cards but that's ok. Miss AZ and Rhiddi
