I've never had this many problems trying to give them everything they want, email doesn't work half the time or losing emails you sent. Phx is way better, they always have everything together . You think being so small they could handle it.

Plan to be here all day if you want to be seen. Even if you come early in the morning it will be several hours until you are seen. Snack and drink I would prefer. I wait 3 hours almost four on my last visit. Just to be seen to update information.

Calling and waiting is to long. I have been on hold for 3 hours and still nothing try again when my phone chargers back up.
