Summerfield takes great care to provide every advantage for the residents, no matter the level of dementia. The staff that works with my husband treats him with gentle, loving care. I never worry that his needs are not being meet. The food is cooked on site and is balanced and nutritious. His food is even especially prepared for him to easily eat. This place was made in heaven and put here in Fresno for all of us who need these kinds of service for the people we love.

Jamie was the first person we met and instantly felt comfortable with her and her knowledge of memory care along with Krystle activities director and everyone one of the staff. They are all great! Its a difficult transition (more for family) but the genuine kindness, sweet catering, getting to the solution and arriving at the desired result is phenomenal! Couldn't be happier & loads of stress off our family knowing Dad is being cared for in every way. My Dad became a resident a month ago at Summerfield and working out wonderful!

Summerfield is one of my top favorite Memory Care community’s. I’m there quite often and see nothing but love and kindness towards each resident, it’s so heartwarming. The staff are so engaging and involved with each resident, laughing, dancing and just enjoying life with the residents. It’s always a pleasure and a great feeling walking into Summerfield, what a beautiful environment.

My family and I had met with Jamie first. We were very impressed with the facility. I loved when the Med Techs referred to their residences as mama and pops and not just patients. To my husband and I it felt as though the residents counted and that they met something to the staff. As time went on our father had a hard time adjusting. He would always tell my husband and I to take him home and we kept telling him he was home. My husband and I can't say enough about Krystal, the event coordinator. She could see our father was struggling at times, but she would always come to the rescue. Krystal would go to his room and get him. He absolutely loved bingo. They called him the bingo champ. We have other favorite staff there. Our father had to go on. We have some difficult days when we pass by his room.We go often to see them. Michelle said we are family and to come anytime.

My wife is now a resident of summerfield. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and facility. She is treated like family and is thriving with the stimulation, good food, positive interaction, and beautiful surroundings. This has been a very tough transition for both my wife and i, but Summerfield has helped to Comfort the most difficult moments. Not only do they treat my wife as if she's family, but they treat me like I'm family too. This is definitely a place of comfort for a difficult time of life for anyone.

Love the staff so much! They show so much care for the residents & love them like family. We all have a great time in activities. My Mom was here for a couple of years before she passed on her birthday in 2017 & now my Aunt is here & doing great. We just celebrated her 99th birthday. Keep up the good work & attitudes.

I just love this place. The staff is amazing especially Jamie and her team. My Nana Lou enjoyed her time here. It's a safe and very clean environment with phenomenal staff. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place for your loved one's.

Summerfield has been amazing to my grandmother. One thing that i love in particular is the activities program. They offer a variety of activities on a daily basis for the residents to engage in. Krystle has been great regarding communication for family events as well. She goes above and beyond and also provides communication and photos of my grandmother enjoying the activities.
