Their system here is ridiculous. Will not take appointments. Came on 3 separate occasions, 2 with an “appointment time” only for the person who was suppose to be helping us to never show up. When confronted with the situation about driving out here, no apology was given, nothing was said or done to make it right. Their only option was to call early morning the next day and get put on waiting list, although even then they don’t always pick up the phone.

I used to come here all the time before the COVID 19 but so after I learn that I can do my own taxes also they lack at helping you to get you the best refund I recently tried to get a quote which they charge $35 to do agent was pushy yo file but like I said I was just comparing returns I learn you can do better somewhere else
