Came here to get a new passport today, Extremely nice people working here! Took me even before my appointment as no one was in line. Was done in 15 minutes!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a disappointing experience. My mom and I were trying to ask a question, and one of the ladies working there was very rude. Instead of helping us, she looked at us strangely and completely ignored us while using her phone. It felt really disrespectful and unprofessional. We just wanted some simple help, but her attitude made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of service you expect.

I came here today to work on some university applications. I've been coming to this place since I was a little girl, and it makes me sad to see how much it has deteriorated. The tables are still here, but there are no connections to plug in our computers. It’s freezing inside, especially when it’s cold outside, as there doesn't seem to be any heating. It feels like they’ve stopped investing in the library. It’s really disappointing. I just left.

This library has been very much the same for many years but got the restrooms remodeled a few years ago, along with a few other details, but I hope they can fix some it some more where it needs to be patched up. I love the view through the back windows and the Friends of the Library bookstore! Don't miss their book sales, they're great!! There is only one study room at this location, but there are plenty of tables to sit at usually.

I recommend visiting this library. Staff is kind and helpful. There's computers, multiple places to charge phones, good selection of books, and a quiet atmosphere.

There's a Filipino exhibit in the library I really liked. There's a letter to a POW welcoming them back home, and it turned out that it was written by Harry Truman. It genuinely excited me to see this piece of history.

They don't help you with the passport process, they don't help you use the printer , they get mad if you bother them at the service help section, people don't even bother to write reviews on here that's why it has 4 stars reviews, if everyone that got mistreated here wrote a review this place would be a 1

Went to go get our passports here and try to get help from some of the staff, no one bothered to help us with basic stuff go somewhere else to get your passport cause this place doesn't seem to care to provide basic help to anyone

It's been 30 years since I came here. It has changed throughout the years. It's clean but quieter and less crowded than before. I saw a few homeless people inside. No security in sight. I was there for a few hours studying and felt relaxed and safe. Plenty of parking and Wifi is FREE and fast.
