They are wonderful!! I have them on my profile when I call my insurance to schedule a ride. They definitely care about people. They go out of their way to help others. I strongly recommend them over any services out there. Believe me, I have had my fair share of different rides, and they are the best. Every one of the workers are very friendly and nice. I suggest that you use them.

My. Insurance arranged transport to my dr. Appointment due to my mobility.i missed the app. Because they didn't show up or. Call on time 25 min after the scheduled time driver arrived ..I waited three months for this appt. I can not recommend this company unreliable when you need them the most it

We cannot say enough good things about this company. Jennifer was so attentive to our needs, very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip to the casino! I’ve ridden with Arkansas Journey Tours many many times and never had a bad experience. I love them so much-it’s like riding with friends. I’m in a wheelchair but I never feel like I am a burden to deal with. I can’t say enough good things about Jennifer- she is friendly, compassionate and always there when you need her. Prices are very affordable and whatever your needs, she can accommodate you

The ladies of this company, Miss Jennifer & Miss Angie, are like living walking Angels. They genuinely care about their clients & always take the extra step to make sure everyone feels secure & safe.
You may not be smiling due to your upcoming appointment, but you'll end up smiling during your ride. I really wish motivcare would let the clients pick which transport company they use. I've been in mechanically questionable vehicles, but never with this company. They would be my ONLY method of transport, IF I was given the choice. 😁😶
