The staff that work there are amazing people! It does take a little while to get to do your grocery shopping but that's only because of the high volume of people they help every week! Expect to spend no less than an hour for visit.

After several failed attempts to reach anyone at this office ober the past 3 months, my phone calls have gone unanswered. If they are supposed to be there to help the homeless get established in the community with resources to help us out they sure aren't doing a good job of it. I hope someone spmeday treats them the same way when they need help in a desperate situation like this !!

Friendly people who treat you with dignity and respect. Made me feel comfortable in my own skin saying that we all need help some times. And it's hard on every one right now. The food is EXCELLENT. We stopped for what we want by appointments only now. I did not know. But have been maybe since Covid

I have talked to People forced onto the streets for over 4 years and The Ministry Center is one of the only places that I have not one time heard anything bad about. When I was at City of Hope Outreach Hope Home as a Resident and Then Director of the Hope Home I always tried to assist the Ministry Center any time they called and asked bc of how they Treat People like People!
Now that I have been using the Services at the Ministry Center I can Honestly say for myself that the Staff at The Ministry Center are the Example of How places that work with those in need or Forced onto the Streets should be operated!
