First time visiting, and I was impressed. Paulina, our server was amazing! She was very attentive. The food was delicious. Good size portions. We will definitely be coming back.

The food came promptly. It was hot and yummy. Our waitress was extremely nice. Answered all our questions and brought us everything we asked for.. I had the seafood platter and my Grandson had the chicken strip platter. I was surprised to see the the parking lot [so empty. There was one couple in the restaurant besides us.

A bit disappointing experience. Generally haven't had bad experience with IHOP. But this one was just getting back to worse. We were a group of 5. To start with the omlette that were ordered with pork sausage, the sausage was missing:(. Asked to serve, and then provided pork sausage on the side. Later we realized the avocados were also missing in the dish. But the next third mess up was a big blunder. One of us had ordered spinach and mushroom omlette. The one we got was the one with beef (which is also not something the person who ordered eats for personal belief reasons). Largely disappointed.
The server was good enough to take off one of the dishes of the check.

Update: after below ihop reply, i raised a ticket online on the website, never got any response. Almost over 3-4 weeks.

Great atmosphere even when busy.
Most of the food was good considering everything is close to 20$ a meal (bla bla bla inflation I get it).
Here is why I give it 2 stars.
Ordered the t-bone Steak and eggs medium rare with scrambled. Not that hard.
What I received was this thin piece of Grey matter.
The steak was thinner than the pancakes about (1/8") and Completely gray. Not only was it a color ive never seen a steak it was also very dry
So I waited till the server was done and politely asked if she could take that back and bring me one that was medium rare. She was nice about it and came back with yet another piece of grey matter. Cut it, and sent it back the manager came back with another Gray matter and this time it was cold in the middle
Fourth time they bring out more Gray cut it and it's at least edible. First bit was the most bland piece of meat I've ever eaten. I decided to get full off of the eggs and pancakes. And feed that to my dog.
Still paid 90$ for mediocre food which later gave everyone stomach aches In the middle of the night. Only reason it's 2 stars and not zero is because the service we received.

Excellent service throughout the entire experience. Thank you again for the great tasting food and fast service. I highly recommend ordering The Big Steak Omelette. If you're ever here ask for Yoselyn to serve you. Great attitude with a friendly smile. Once again thank you for your service.

I came here to have a meal with my daughter and her mother. I absolutely hate it when I am criticized for my food choices. When I asked for creamer for the coffee, the waitress made a stupid comment about my coffee being overly sweet. I enjoy my coffee bittersweet. When I want your opinion I'll ask. I most certainly don't need permission from anyone, much less a person who probably hates their job and blames the world for their lack of ambition

The service was lousy, had to come back to my table to ask me what I had ordered twice, how can you forget an omelet!!! My husbands food was cold when served. I think they forgot us. After an hour wait, I told them I didn't want my omelet anymore and they did take it off of the tab. Hopefully they do get better in there service, everyone that came in after us got there food right away.
