1 minute into a movie, I have to reset my Internet, 10 minutes later I have to reset my Internet, 30 minutes after that when my movie unfreezes I'm able to watch it......we need better and faster Internet

Tell me how I get the regular package from you guys, then I ask and pay for the higher speeds package and that following week after it “went into effect”

I was still seeing the same speeds and bandwidth

You guys are a scam and taking peoples money by stating they have faster speeds, when they don’t. Especially elderly people that don’t know how exactly to check if that’s true.

I'm not even paying for this service, and it's really disappointing. TCT sort of has a monopoly and everyone in town has problems because there's no competition. The internet is slow, it drops out all the time, and it gets really frustrating. I'm a college student right now and it's kind of scary to do schoolwork on the internet because is so poor here in Lovell. Customer service is friendly, but no matter how many times someone comes over the problems are never fixed. The quality for what you pay for isn't great

When we moved here a year ago we loved this company. Always kind and helpful, very responsive. Currently though there seems to be a reoccurring theme. We'll have patchy internet that goes out for hours and when we try to fix the problem or ask for help they tell us we need to upgrade to some thing more expensive. I can understand upgrading if you live in a very rural place, but we live in the middle of Powell next to the college. Upgrading after a year sounds like a marketing ploy and we are currently considering switching companies. Again, we've never had any problems with this company, it just feels weird to be told after a year that we need to spend more money if we want reliable internet like we had.

Local customer service reps and tech support are always very responsive and great to work with. TCT does an excellent job providing a variety of services in this small community. Would be a plus to have more bandwidth - access to fiber. Realize living outside town creates different economic issues, but still ………..looking forward to the day pixilation problems go away!

Sure, you're going to have issues with your internet service. But, where TCT is different from other ISP's is, they'll try their best to get issues fixed within a couple of days, but usually the same day. Good luck getting the same service with other ISP's. Over the last 20 years, I know that they'll fix whatever is broken and get me going as soon as possible. Real life service.

TCT is pretty much the only option for internet in Lovell, WY. I often have a spotty connection and I live right in town. But when I do have issues they have a very friendly customer service team and do a phenomenal job of explaining things to me. If I could get a better internet connection than I'd be more than thrilled with everything they have to offer, but I just can't get that consistently.

TCT is fairly good. I would say it is no better or worse than everything else that is out there. There are good days with TCT internet and there are days when the internet cuts out. I feel that the cable service should offer better choices in the packages. The staff is however always friendly and quick to respond to problems.
