Protect your loved ones. Stay involved. Nursing staff in LaCrosse verbally abusive and unable to provide care as requested by physicians leaving clients at risk of death. Unwilling to discuss with family with clients permission leaving clients in worse condition then starting. Client left sitting in urine - not receiving a shower for EIGHT months! Orders from doctors taking over FIVE weeks before pharmacy received from Inclusa. Some never even started. Many things never even addressed. Client has responsibility as well, but there’s a reason they were assigned to the service. I have heard great things about other counties. Unfortunately, when asking to be changed to her current county, she was informed she could not be because they had not met the goals in which they had put off. Medical transportation refused to be offered. Home care was not procured in a timely manner which meant medication’s were neglected as well as other daily physician orders. I reached out to management several times to speak with him about this matter before leaving a review. Instead, I had to contact other resources to get assistance. We are making the change to try and save a life. Read through the reviews. My review is not unique. This is a regular problem. Staffing needs to change!

Do not even think about using this service for helping your loved ones. This company does not know what they are doing, and just want your money.,They even blocked our loved one from getting care they need from someone else. Inclusa has drastically made our loved one’s life worse off than they were before dealing with Inclusa. Please do yourself a favor and do not even have a meeting with Inclusa.

Update: We had a meeting with Inclusa and we both expressed concerns. TJ, RN for Inclusa showed a great deal of empathy and is going to look into all of our questions and concerns. She will assist with finding outside vendors and additional funding for prosthetics. Honestly, the difficulties were partly due to my boyfriend having a hard time telling them what he needed and exactly what health issues were bothering him. I am hoping that Inclusa can develop some kind of way to check with family members in the future just in case their members are unable or unwilling to discuss their health issues. I should have advocated for him sooner.

Original post: Some of the staff are wonderful and kind but I've been watching my significant other gradually go downhill with depression while on their watch for far too long. They actually called me for my input before Christmas and I told them how much he is hurting. They finally called back and he has a meeting with them on Monday. I'm going to attend this meeting too. If they don't coordinate proper care for him then I am going to get him switched over to another agency. I have a real problem with them accepting funds from the state and/or the feds and not verifying that he is doing well. I have been busy with my own life but I am going to get more involved since they are lacking. Things had better change for him soon.

I have a very strong background in both, healthcare and social services. I know what quality care should look like. All of the reviews are accurate. In my experience, Inclusa representatives look and sound friendly and that is nice.
However, sounding nice does not equate to integrity, competence and accountability. I don’t feel the need to list all my specific problems with Inclusa, though the problems are wide and shocking.

For clarity, I will say that LaCrosse, WI Inclusa has thoroughly and repeatedly FAILED to meet my needs.

This organization has FAILED to:

-provide reliable transportation for medical appointments.
-assist in finding a residence that will accommodate my electric wheel chair (I was told to ā€œrearrangeā€ my 220 sq ft studio apt)
-authorize my electric wheelchair, citing my primary insurance had not provided authorization. This forced me to file an appeal even though I had the authorization number for my primary insurance. This wheelchair is the only way for me to be out of bed, without adverse health consequences. I’ve been waiting 7 months already-stuck in my 220 sq ft apt., mostly in bed.
-provide adequate AND reliable caregiving
-be accountable
-properly train staff
-perform the basic duties of their roles
-retain competent staff. In one year, I’m losing count of how many people have been; my case manager, my health advocate (all have been useless to me), my caregiver. As of this writing, I’ve been without a caregiver for over 8 weeks!

For approximately 6 months (or more), I’ve needed to contact my Ombudsman, every month. Yet, the incompetence continues with every worker on my team.

Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!
Heed everyone’s reviews… PLEASE

Stop using Inclusa and maybe they will SHAPE UP

I would not wish Inclusa care on my worst enemy

UNACCEPTABLE INCLUSA

If you love reviews, I’ll bet money that IF Inclusa chooses to respond to my review, it will be meaningless and likely filled with lies.

Several times, I have caught Inclusa reps LYING to me to cover up their mistakes.

RANT over.

My sister has inclusa and went six months without showering or washing her hair. No clean underwear. She is a horder. I tell her to ask for some help with adl. I got her to shower. 3 months later no help she has not showered. She is being encouraged to be independent no need for help with adl. Can't be independent if no one wants to socialize with you if you have horrible hygiene. You need to do better inclusa.

I had the best social worker, but then she quit. Now I have a new social worker and team that I'm very, very disappointed in. They just suck at communicating. Just would like my old social worker to come back, I loved her šŸ™

Reading alot about how nice these people are but no mention about getting things done and actually helping someone. They make promises to your face and in front of people but behind the scenes they do not honor any promises they make and give you excuses, and try to make you think youre asking to much and should just do things your self and don't expect them to. They took 6 months of my being homeless, and never found me a place. I'll admit they provided a roof over my head for 3 / 4 mo. but then put me out with no where to go.Thier suggestion was Salvation Army. I'm 70 yrs. Old with a heart condition and spent a month in the hospital with Septis. Also was in a car accident while I was in the nursing home. A semi side swiped me. He was 100 percent at fault. They put me on the street shortly after that, so I didn't even have my car to live in. They had 6 mo. to find me a place and said they would only take 2 wks. I gave up on them and turned to ILR. Independant Living. Inclusa said there was nothing out there for me. Jessica at ILR took 7 wks. and found me a very nice apt. Paying only 30% of income, free utilities and free WiFi and I keep my best friend, Jazz. Inclusa insisted if they found me a place, I'd have to leave Jazz and threatened to not help if I insisted on having my buddy. Even though I had letters from the doctor that I should have Jazz. They also said they would give me subsidized housing if I let a Neropsycholigist give me test and recommended it. Well, I did, he did, and they didn't. That Dr even made pH. Calls and sent e-mails to be sure I got a place. I didn't bother him about inclusa because he was a busy man and this was not his area of expertise and I didn't feel he could do much. Now I have to figure out how to take them off my case so I can get help from people I can trust and actually do thier job. They are liars and decievers, making promises they don't intend to keep. So, put them in charge of you and your families health and welfare and see where that gets you .

Inclusa is worthless. My Mother has been working them for years (when they were still Western Wisconsin Cares) & she was recently diagnosed with dementia. I told her Inclusa workers I thought she had it three years ago and was told they didn't believe it. My Mom's Dr. Said yes it's been going on for at LEAST three years if not longer. I would suggest going through ADRC and find a different agency!
