THe SCRAM device puts out false positives and is a real burden for those with low income that are paid only once a moth Basically extra fees in addition to bond that you have paid just another way for the state to grab more money from you before you get to trial IF I could rate this garbage program Zero stars I wouldAL:SO they lie about billing to the courts and when you ask for an invoice they claim the will send one After a week with no receipt of one the come up with lame excuses once again. This Scram thing is nothing more that a money making racket . How much of a kick back do the counties court systems get from it? Had to subpoena records before because of false positives and will subpoena financial records of theirs next if it comes down to it Tired of their lies and BS games they play with the court system also.as thewy do not follow judges rulings they try to lie to the judge claiming payments were not made when I have poroof that they were They claim one amount owe and tell the judge I owe more than the bill they sent me is These guysare a bunch of money grubbing liars

The staff I have dealt with have always been friendly and supportive. Even though there is a limit on how much they can assist, they do offer suggestions to make things go a little easier.

This place is bull, I live 35 minutes away from here. Was fired from a good union job for constantly have to be here. Their business hours do not make it easy to hold a normal 1st shift job. Almost lost my life in a snowstorm to make an appointment. If you want to be punished before being found guilty of a crime, this is the place to go. Not the fault of the staff though, they've all been great. Courts should not be able to force people into do this 3x a week. 1 time a week is acceptable. Some people have jobs!!!!

The SCRAM transdermal unit does not work like they tell you. It will give false readings when the batteries are low. It can cause infections in your lower extremities if you have any type of swelling problems and/or allergies. They don't investigate anything, just send a letter to the judge and DA so you can be threatened with additional crimes, all in America prior to guilt. It's costly, so many people can't afford it and are threatened to be charged with Bailjumping for being poor. Drunk driving is serious but the judge should be the person determining your punishment. The makers of the unit are being sued in a class action law suit in California. I should say, it was dropped but then refiled, not sure why. UC-Berkley has something going on regarding research. Be careful, get names, write everything down. I didn't and now I'm backtracking.

This place is sloppy. They don’t follow a single procedure they have in place. They are jeopardizing peoples liberties and freedoms. They send non compliance letters to the courts when they wernt even compliant with their own protocols. This place should be under investigation. Truly incompetent employees working there.

I'm 48 years old and facing my first felony. The charge itself is absolutely ridiculously inappropriate, but aside from that, this agency has a mission statement hanging in the front office, where everyone checks in and waits. The statement says that they provide innovative solutions to their clients. In my case, that's just an ironic notion. Because of my arrest I have lost my job, my car, my apartment, and it has blown up most of my relationships. However - I am not using any illegal drugs. I'm "clean" for almost 9 months now (for the most part)(I've had one set back, a while ago). So that is good. Great actually. Anyway, due to the fact that I have not been convicted (yet) I am still in the pre-trial program. I am basically homeless because it's exceptionally hard to rent - no one wants to rent to someone with a drug charge. Not to mention the job situation and I am confined to the bus system for transportation. I have to call the drug testing line every morning and get there from Milwaukee on the bus if it says I am required to test that day. Once a week I have an appointment with Rose or Todd. A trip to the court complex in Waukesha from Milwaukee and back takes about 6-7 hours. And it's physically difficult and very painful for me as I have a medical condition. It's incredibly difficult at least 2ce a week.
I could use some help. I could use some type of suggestions and/or direction. I'm trying to get this felony off of me. Sometimes I feel like I'm drowning. I really like Rose and Todd is fine - I have found nothing objectionable about Todd at all - but as far as offering any suggestions or solutions? None. I think one time Rose mentioned that there's someone in Pewaukee who rents to felons. Wow. I'm not even a felon yet, but since that doesn't seem to matter, a name and maybe a phone number would be valuable.
I have gotten nothing of value out of this "service". I go to the 10th Street CTC (methadone clinic) in Milwaukee and that has helped me so much, so so much. But it's disappointing to see how little it matters to WCS that WCS is a huge anchor in my life and it's dragging on for so long. My arrest was in February. Almost a year ago. They're actually making all of it worse.
Again, I really like Rose - she has a great demeanor and disposition. And Todd is very nice. Which is... super.

Probably could get an extra 1/2 star if they even knew how the SCRAM program is supposed to work. It’s just a scam to get more money. Do some research on the SCRAM monitoring and you will learn they are supposed to do a baseline test and provide you the results. It is also only effective if provided with a download base for your home. Waukesha County has once again set people up to fail when the program is supposed to help. You are supposed to be able to download daily in order to insure you are not getting false readings. You can’t defend yourself when you are accused of tampering or false reading five days later and can’t prove your innocence. Hence the reason some states have ruled it unconstitutional.
