Terrible place. Do not put your relatives there. My sister sat in pee soaked clothes for hours! Her call button does not work, so no one comes in for hours. Physical therapy is telling her to go up and down the hallway in her wheelchair. She is disabled and just had a hip replacement.

I wouldn't even give a star. The staff is unprofessional. The nurses are not in uniformed scrubs but wearing tight jeans. They never have enough supplies they walked around looking for wipes from other rooms. My sister is always waiting to be changed. The first day I went I assisted her with a bed pan to use the rest room and cleaned her up because they rook to long to go in her room and when they did I said it's ok I got her cleaned up and the cna said oh ok and walked out. If It was up to me she wouldn't be in this place. Just nasty and unclean. Also, the nurse passing meds is on her phone and having a personal conversation while it's on speaker. Which I believe I against policy since she could mess the meds up if not payproper attention to what she is doing.

I was here for about 2 weeks following 5 weeks in the hospital for a stroke. It was a lot better than a nursing home in the core. And they have therapists and a great activities director.

If you love your loved ones I recommend YOU DO NOT put them in this facility!! This facility has been sued 3×.1 of the amounts is over $300,000.. definitely please do your research before putting your loved one in here! This place needs to be investigated by the state immediately.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star!!! This place is dirty, disgusting, under staffed,, the food is gross to even look at let alone eat, residents needing help are forced to wait over two hours and then the aids come in and turn the call button light off and don’t even help the patient. It smells in the facility. Your family member is better off staying in a dog house., it would be cleaner, smell better and have better food and service!

This facility has not been pleasant for my family and I to deal with. I’d like to exclude Leanne and Jen who were great nurses while my dad was in here, as well as the physical therapy team. They have been wonderful and we are really grateful for all they did.

With that said, my father as well as his roommate were not given their meds on multiple occasions. He is in rehab and has serious diet restrictions given his condition and they were not attentive to that. The entire reason of him being there was to try and get him a little stronger and healthier after a hospital stay. His diet is crucial and it was not really followed. When questioned about other choices than the “nightly special” because he shouldn’t be eating that, such attitude was given. We are not questioning to be difficult, we are questioning because what he eats is extremely important and flat out dangerous if not followed.

The overnight staff seemed to be the problem in not only their professionalism and attentiveness, but over all attitudes and how they deal with patients. It is hard to hear your loved one isn’t being treated the best when you’re trusting a facility to do so. I understand if somewhere is short staffed and mistakes can happen, but some of what we experienced was just not acceptable.

The communication also left a lot to be desired. I just feel like when you work in this type of place, kindness and compassion go a long way. Your delivery and how you communicate with families seeking guidance is everything. You are dealing with stressed families and people in need of proper care for their loved one. I wouldn’t recommend anyone send their family here, unfortunately. It was actually really sad to encounter some of the lack of professionalism and just general compassion and demeanor in a facility where that can go such long way. I hope for the sake of patients and families of loved ones here, that they take the negative feedback and improve. I really hate leaving places negative reviews and I wish we had a great experience, because that’s what I wanted for my dad. Families should know of the major flaws in facilities like this. But again, to the nurses mentioned and I’m sure a few I’m missing, thank you. Your compassion and obvious care for your job showed and we were grateful for you.

First let me say that I am in my 50's with all my mental faculties and was very aware of my surroundings. I was admitted in May 2023 and was bedridden since I had no muscle tone left since being in the hospital for 3 weeks. That being said, each time I had to use the restroom I had to call someone. Now, one would think there is a button to push to get the attention of the front desk to send someone in to help, however at this time they said the alarm system was not working so they gave me a bell....just like you would see at a deli counter. Needless to say no one ever heard me. I can't tell you how many times I wet myself. I even tried to crawl to the bathroom. I made it there but did not make it back and was then scolded for trying such a thing. The day shift employees were not bad, however the night shift employees were absolutely horrible and they should be ashamed at how they treat people that are ill. They would continually leave my room light on at night and I had to basically scream for help since they never heard my deli bell. They had music blaring and you could hear them chit chatting. I swear one night they were having a party. I was only there 3 days until I had to return to the hospital due to one of my drains getting infected. I was so happy to get out of there and would not wish this on my worst enemy.

I cannot thank the staff enough for caring for my loved one! I know this is a hard field to work in but they are so professional and compassionate and took great care of us. We were picky about how my mom was cared for but they really catered to her every need and to all our requests! A special shout out to Benny for always answering our questions and settling our concerns! We are very pleased overall!
