Dimensions has done a great job caring for my loved one. EVERYONE—from the front desk staff to the nursing staff, dining staff, executive director, activities director, head nurse, etc. —cares about the residents. Speaking of residents, they are a wonderful group of people who like to have fun and look after one another. There are a lot of fun activities throughout the day. I have been pleased with the love and care my loved one has received. The executive director has updated the facility, making it feel like home. There is strong communication between the staff, residents, and family members. Whenever I have a concern, question, or word of praise, they are quick to respond. I have checked out other facilities, and am glad my loved one is at Dimensions.

My family member chose Dimensions because of all the good reviews from friends and online. When I came to check it out I met the life enrichment person, the maintenance person and the chef. I checked out the very nice menu and lovely apartments with radiant floor heat and in-house house keeping.. Seemed pretty nice. The day my family member moved in, we were introduced to the new director. Shortly after it seemed everyone I met was gone. Housekeepers were fired. Rumors were that the enrichment person, maintenance person and chef were fired, but I don’t know. What I know is they cannot keep employees. In one year they are on the third set of housekeepers and the third maintenance person quit. I don’t know what is going on for employees, but my family member’s apartment is not cleaned well, and I have had to come from out of town to do maintenance work. Housekeeping is so important, often they can pick up changes others don’t see because they are in the apartment, but only if they know the residents well. Although some food is fine, a lot seems canned or boxed and awfully salty. I appreciate the current Life Enrichment person, Amanda, and the mother daughter team in the kitchen, but they all seem over worked. A lot of money has been spent recently to update the floors and decorations though…seems like taking care of the people who take care of my family member would be a much better investment.

This is the place to be. The Staff here are fantastic. There are a carring, receptive group of people. They all love their jobs and the residents. This residents community are a very close knit group. You will find a really large number of them at any one activity. It is a relaxed and friendly group. I encourage anyone looking for an assisted living place should make sure they stop and visit Dimension Living of Green Bay. You won't be sorry.

Age well is a fantastic facility, from the administrative office, to the nurses, CNA's, maintenance staff and especially Carrie in life enrichment.
The facility is always clean, the staff is always polite and helpful.
There are activities on the weekends which you don't see in other places.
But most of all the residents that are living at Age Well, are some of the most pleasant, happy, and religious, being able to express themselves, in many ways.
After serving as a hospice chaplain for the last 11 years, and working in maintenance at a local nursing home before that, I truly can give Age Well 5 stars.
Staff and residents work together to make this place, exceptional!

Age Well is a fabulous assisted living community. When you walk in the lobby there are usually residents visiting by the fireplace or in the library. The apartments are large with a full kitchen so it feels like home. The dining room offers several selections for each meal including desserts. The food and service are very good. The activity schedule offers many options including resident-led activities, live music, bingo, gardening, exercise, food tasting, and arts & crafts. My parents are delighted to live there and as children we are so grateful our parents are well cared for by kind staff and are safe. We researched many facilities and this is the best in the Green Bay area. If you still drive, they have heated undground parking to make getting around even easier.

My brother has been living at Age Well since Mid November. From the early stages of investigating various Assisted Living in the area, Age Well has stood out. We are all very happy with this choice. The staff is wonderful, attentive and never fail to accommodate my brother and the family. They have been extremely responsible related to covid, which we have appreciated. The result has been zero residents have had covid since he has been there (and, I believe they have had no resident test positive over the past year). Their activities have been varied and appeal to both women and men. The meals are wonderful. The facility itself is very nice and well maintained. Senior management is always available and consistently work to meet the needs of the resident and the family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, yet, reasonable assisted living facility.

My Grandma lives here at Age Well now it’s Dimensions living she love it the staff are awesome as always and work nonstop to fit the residents needs and the care that they need as well keep up the awesome work highly recommended and appreciated.
