This is related to their current "sale". The items I looked at are, on average, 10% to 25% MORE than Hobby Lobby or Michael's.
I was looking for a good deal but was seriously disappointed when I compared the "sale" prices to other stores.
I'm not surprised they're going out of business with prices like this.

Came to this store cause I was in the area. Selections were good. Alot of stuff on the floor and in boxes. Sadly their cashier was not pleasant at all. Didn't even ask if I had an account with them. Quickly pushed us away and didn't look twice. It was not busy and no one was behind me. Think I'll stick to the Appleton store. They are way more nicer even when really busy.

I like that Joann's lets you use more than one coupon at a time. I usually find what I want. The only complaint I have is I wish they would put in self checkouts. The last time I was in there I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to check out. The lady didn't call up an extra cashier. That almost always happens when I go there.

This is the worst JoAnns I've ever been to in my life. The aisles are disorganized, narrow, and unconducive for customers. Products are disorganized and the store layout makes no sense. Good luck.

Prices were NOT properly marked. Staff was very rude! We waited over 20 minutes to be sent away. Very inappropriate! I was told they were on sale for $7.99 and was not allowed to use the 50% off coupon. They lost my business! Michael's ad/coupon matches and they are friendly! They have my business!

What poorly trained staff. Six or seven people in line. One cashier. Never called anyone to help. Someone finally came up to take an order outside for curbside pick up and when she came back in she dinked around refilling cards and straightening the carts instead of getting on a cash register to help the line of customers. Customers always come first. This staff needs better management or training or both.
