I can’t say enough about New Perspective -Franklin! It was a wonderful home for my aunt for almost three years. The facility is gorgeous-like a fine hotel or cruise ship! Residents are provided a quality community life and there are numerous opportunities for engagement. Many great friendships are developed there. Chef prepared meals are absolutely delicious too.
Compassionate staff members took excellent care of my aunt as she trasitioned from assisted living to community-based residential as her needs increased. Everybody became like family to us and I will never forget their kindness! Highly recommend New Perspective Senior Living Center-Franklin!

I have been at New perspective for 14 months. I enjoy being here,
It is a lovely environment. The staff are helpful, they have a lot of
activities planned everyday. I especially enjoy the heated pool, exercise room, the outings to restaurants, shopping trips, and
entertainment. I also appreciate the Chapel which has several
different denominations providing services. I enjoy my apartment very much; it is private, spacious, well-maintained, with newer amenities. Coming to New Perspective was a good decision for me.

New Perspective over 55 living in Franklin is an incredible and wonderful breath of fresh air I had train one place in Greendale previously this is head over heels above that the food is fantastic the people are fantastic this is fantastic swimming pools, bike path close, incredibly brightly lit and clean, brand new and extremely affordable this is an excellent place to be in

What an incredible experience we have had with New Perspective Senior Living it took me many years to talk my 86 year-old parents into moving out of the house they lived in for 50 years they were very skeptical. But from start to finish the experience that we had and have now was exceptional! From the time we sat down with Jennifer to talk about our options, she was wonderful in helping my parents make the decision to move there! All of the people that we have met there and worked with have been fantastic and made my parents feel very comfortable! The food and the service is fantastic the amenities are like a five-star hotel it is incredible to say the least I am jealous! So thank you to everyone at New Perspectives Franklin for your great care and concern and exceptional service!

I dont know where to begin. My grandmother lives here in the memory care unit and is very dependent on the care staff. But, they do not care for her very well. There has been numerous occasions where she has been soiled and not changed for up to 15 hours!!! The executive director is awhare of all of the countless problems we have with the care that is given here at new perspective and she said that maybe we should just move my grandmother out if they cant do what we are asking, when all we are asking is for my grandmother to not sit in a soiled diaper for hours on end and for her to just be well cared for. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

When first looking at New Perspective as a future home for my Mom, we were hit by the "wow" factor when we walked in the door. Now that Mom has lived there over a year, the facility is still beautiful, but it is the people that really make NP Franklin a top choice in senior living! I can't say enough good things about our experience, and my Mom is happy! They have supported us on short notice with special requests and given us total peace of mind as my Mom ages. Highly recommend!!
