The CEO and management do not care about the residents or their workers for that matter. Housekeeping basically doesn't exist. My family member had feces all over his toilet for over a week after they emptied his bedpan. Urinal was never cleaned. Was left on a bedpan for over an hour. Was dropped during transfers 4 times in 5 months. Food was always cold and portions not big enough for a child. Watch your bill. Many unknown charges and they would never return phone calls when you called to question charges. State had to visit this facility 3 times in five months. Do not put your loved one here.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are very nice and inviting. Update, two years later and had another associate with a 10 week stay. Nothing has changed, still 5 star.

Hi, my name is Jayla Marshall and I’ve been working here for only two weeks and I’ve been harassed by this woman named Sherri, for the past week, she’s been taunting me for what reason I don’t even know. I heard so many good things about this place I just found out this morning that I’ve been fired for no reason nobody can tell me any reason Saturday, she came in and, pulled me to the side and insinuated that the resident have been complaining about me that can mean anything abuse, mistreatment which I will never do. I did this line of work because I couldn’t help my grandmother that die 10 years ago every time I walk in the door, I see her face I could never do anything to hurt them. I am a black woman that’s been mistreated buy these ppl for no reason i just hope some will listen to me thank u 🙏🏾

My mother receives excellent care there. The staff provides all the services she needs and they have wonderful activities. My mother’s health and happiness have improved greatly in the year she has been there. Our family could not be more pleased.

My Mother spent 5 months at Odd Fellows and she received amazing care, better then I could ever hoped for. Every member of their staff are caring, professional and highly skilled. I never once worried about her care and knew she was always being cared for in the best possible way. I am incredibly grateful for everyone at Odd Fellows who helped my Mom and me navigate her into the next step in her life. Thank you

My mom is well taken care of and treated respectfully. Visitors are always wecome and a scanner at the entrance reads your temperature and ensures it is safe for the residents for you to come see your loved one

We always enjoy visiting our neighbor at Odd Fellows facility. The staff are pleasant and helpful and friendly. The facility is extremely clean and inviting. The courtyard is beautiful!!

This place has a very calm atmosphere. They're friendly to all leashed dogs and everyone is more than happy about that. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They give the residents a sense of peace and really make the place feel home-like.
