My mother was treated with respect, compassion, dignity, this facility is beautiful, clean and updated for the comfort of all residents. My family was welcomed and treated with compassion every time we visited. During the last days of our mother’s life my brother and I stayed day and night. The staff offered comfort and compassion. The nursing staff were all amazing! My brother and I are forever grateful for this care facility! ❤️

Great experience with great staff. The amount of time and compassion the place had for my loved one was wonderful. It’s easy to complain when something goes wrong, but caring for others is not always sunshine and daisy’s. It’s about the people, and the staff makes the place feel like home. My loved one was hard to care for near the end, but the staff and administrator were always respectful and kind. I will miss you all!!!

This is my brief and horrific experience with Elizabeth Residence.

My loved one was admitted without their medication, including insulin. Their medication didn’t arrive for TWO days. Administration’s excuse was that they “are using a new pharmacy” BUT two days without life sustaining medication is life threatening.

The aides were rough and physically hurt my loved one. Administration’s response was, “no human should be treated like that”, but Elizabeth Residence’s practices do allow for residence to be treated inhumanely.

The aides were unable or unwilling to offer compassionate care. Administration’s response was that “some aides need more training”.

My loved one passed away after less than 7 days at the facility, lack of medication was a contributing factor. It is incomprehensible to me how the facility turns a blind eye to mistreatment and has no desire to treat a human being with dignity.

If you are thinking of this facility for your loved one, think again and then think again and again. Horrible treatment to a resident by several "caregivers". (captured on video) Management was no help. Serious lack of compassion.
