Both times that I have inquired about a situation via the website, the emails back have been vague and it's obvious they didn't read the entirety of my inquire before responding. Disappointed to say the least. Sending a half hearted response and then a list of housing attorneys is all this place is good for.

I called them two weeks ago and there isn't anyone able to respond. There may be bigger fish to fry for this non-profit, but at the end of the day all inquiries need a response.

Ever since I moved into the slumlord property of MPM, you all have been so helpful. Thank you so much Kimena for the resources yesterday to take them to court .... again. I am confident with your guidance that I will prevail a final time. MPM Have been taking advantage of folks for a real long time and I'm just so glad that I was able to hold them accountable with your help.

A mixture of shockingly ridiculously bad and impressively good knowledge. - people who are very inexperienced or highly inexperienced in this area. It appears that more rigorous training is needed, e.g., threatening housing-related notices, and contracts, meaning not only leases. Every time I've consulted with them, they drive home the point that they are not lawyers, and cannot advise me when I haven't even asked for that.m - I'm just trying to get basic information.

I stopped by the office Friday night to see if they would be open after Thanksgiving. I seen a sign and was told they were closed. As I was walking away I see 2 men come out the back door with blankets wrapped around them? Now I am confused does this place also house the homeless? They told me that this place is closed but yet you come out back door with a blanket around you. I guess I will find out Monday.. someone has some explaining to do

I have been worried sick about my rental situation. I am being bullied by my rental company and Maggie explained my rights, and the duties of the rental company to work with me on a solution. I didn't know anything about what the rental company's legal responsibilities were, and I doubt they would have been forthcoming with that information either. Maggie talked me through, step by step, how to deal with this problem, and how to protect myself from being taken advantage of. Thank you Tenant Resource Center.

I think the Better Business Bureau needs to get involved with this because they have employees that are paying their family and friends to the core program. Outrageous amount of money while other people are struggling other families.
