I have been to Integrated Community Solutions three times. The first time Integrated Community Solutions was closed. The ICS website said it was open. There are two doors and I could not tell which was the proper door. I thought someone might have to come from the inside to open the door. I gave them my application for a Housing Voucher. They needed another form to prove my identity besides my Drivers Licence so I had to come back. On the third visit, the Lady behind the counter was very nice and told me that the application process would take two months.

Called several times, on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Left messages each time. Not one single cll back. Everyone is busy and everyone's time is valuable. Apparently these people have zero care about anyone.

Never let you know if you have a different specialist. You call and it’s some different.
and they don’t call back in one to two days . I realize They’re busy but at least give it a try.
Otherwise you’ve got to call back after the 2nd day again and wait. I love my housing they’ve always helped me , but recently not so good?

The staff was awesome and smart. They have lots of programs there that help people with housing issues. Go right away if you need help with housing issues or to pay rent. However I noticed that the carpet was begging for attention. It looks like it ain't been changed in ten years.

These people want you to give your blood to get help and then refuse to answer any questions or contact you in a timely manner. Instead of saying that they help people with housing, they actually promote homelessness all under the rouse of county assistance nonetheless. Another scam of government funding at its finest.
