Never winterized my home, never answered my calls/messages. We went through all that prep for them to do their work and nothing.

After Community Action came through and basically rehabed mine and our neighbors apts the landlord decided not to renew our leases and re rent the upstairs and downstairs for a lot more money. Community Action thanks alot. Now I have to relocate. Absolutely an unfair situation.
