After a couple of falls, my 80 year old mother and I were frantically searching the web and calling places trying to figure out where she could move that would be safe, affordable and meet her needs. Once we were put in touch with Wendy from Oasis Senior Advisors the process became so easy. Wendy met with both of us to understand the desires & needs. She then went off and investigated options for us. After visiting our top pick, we selected the location and have since moved her in. Wendy was very knowledgeable about the process, options and properly set our expectations. She also was available to answer all our questions. We could not have found a better place. I had the pleasure of working with Jesse Hayhurst of Oasis Senior Advisors. He was an absolute saver of my sanity! Due to financial constraints it became necessary to move my mom from one memory care facility to another. After spending days and days and days calling individual facilities and trying to gather information I was connected with Jesse. His compassion and understanding combined with his first hand knowledge made this transition bearable. Jesse provided concise information and recommendations based on my moms needs. He set up appointments for me to visit and even accompanied me on several of these visits. There was absolutely no cost for this service, which was such a relief.

Jason was fantastic and very responsive! My mother has Alzheimer's and when me and my family originally were searching for memory Care facilities for her, we found a beautiful place, but after we had moved her in, we quickly realized that they didn't know the first thing about caring for dementia Alzheimer's patients. My mother ended up in the hospital for a month and the hospital connected us with Jason at Oasis. Jason knows all of the different Senior living facilities in our area. After our first conversation he gave us multiple suggestions for memory Care facilities that were better equipped to care specifically for dementia. He even set up the appointments to tour the facilities. Now I'm happy to say that she is in a new home that actually knows what you're doing and how to take care her. I didn't even know this service existed, but it is exactly what families in our situation need and it's free of charge. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to use this service when the time comes for their loved ones to move into a home.

From the very start, Wendy was professional and attentive to discovering our specific needs. I worked with Wendy to ensure she knew everything my mom was looking for in a new senior living community. Wendy took detailed notes across several different important dimensions and then was able to research and identify a half dozen different communities which met all of our criteria. I worked with Wendy to set up the appointments and she met us at each of the facilities for a tour. It was great to see that she was knowledgeable about the living communities, and she knew the executive directors and staff. After each tour, she worked with me to ask what we liked or didn’t like about the community.

I worked with Jesse Hayhurst and I cannot rave enough at how helpful he was in getting my mom placed at an Assisted Living Facility. As these things can get quite delicate and complicated, he made the process easy for me and my mom. I appreciate that he didn't beat around the bush with what was reasonable to expect given our limited budget.
