Great place for helping teens. Offers mentoring, tutoring, and life skills classes. Great staff who check in often. They also have field trips and do community service with the teens and great resources to other programs.

When they say they are dedicated to changing lives they mean it, if you can get it together after attending the APP you must not want to succeed because Daniel Torres and the staff will go to no ends to help you change your reality. They will give you the info. and teach you what you need know to be at the top of your game, I did 30yrs in prison and I got into the local 105 Sheet metal union. Flintridge bought me my tools and was even going to work our how get me back and forth to work had i not ride already. You tired of being on the bottom rung go join the APP and watch how you live transformers. ☆☆☆☆☆☆ flintridge center gets 6 stars.

Just remember. The Spring 2023 apprenticeship class that graduated was taught by a novice instructor who lied to tha police about threats he made to a student.

was told that they would get me into a union after I finished the class which they did do that. After I got into the union they didn't help me at all even though they had leads and sent people out to different job sites they didn't send past graduates that finished the program and needed jobs to any of the sites but they sent people who could not pass the drug test and failed as soon as they step into the door. When I tired calling them no one answered my call. When I finally got a call back it was Daniel Torres calling me a idiot because I told him I was going to talk to the president Jaylene because no one was returning my phone calls after they sent me a email about a job opening. I called Jeff a instructor at Flintridge and he never called me back even though he was named in the email I received for the opening. He never called me back nor did he even reach me by email. He had Daniel Torres call me and all Daniel said was that I was a idiot because I told him I was going to talk to Jaylene the president to get help. Jaylene told me Peter was going to call me but he never did so I just said to myself iam no longer going to deal with Flintridge again because they are not the program that helps the students. We had over 20 people in my class and I can get them to back up the story iam posting. Most of us was on GR and had to sign paperwork so that Flintridge can get paid and we also sign paperwork stating they are not responsible for finding work after we finished the program. It's all good I always see snakes in the grass and now iam with the union and have friends at the my local backing me up I have no worries. To the staff Peter,Daniel, andJeff you guys can sell a good dream but just remember I never sleep and have no time for the bs you sell. I will be that idiot you called me Daniel but I fight a different kind of way and that's through the web and letting people know how you guys really work. Coming soon the recording of my conversation with Daniel Torres and how he help me by calling me a idiot. I will be that idiot over the phone but I know you could never say it in my face. Real talk and real story..
