Such nice people, I didn't feel judged and it was a very warm welcoming place where anyone in need no matter what nationality, background, or situation they might find themselves in could feel safe and in good hands. Many resources. I would encourage anyone with some free time to volunteer. Donating has always been a great for me to give my appreciation for the help I've received.

A lot of food but some people take way more then they are aloud to. Need more watchers that will stop them from taking to much. Some staff just let's them walk out with 4 eggs and 10 milk 12 can goods and 2 boxes of produce. For a family of 2. Thats what I hate. Customers are rude and just want free food. Staff is helpful just need more watchers.

They’ve always been helpful, so grateful for this place. The staff always make you feel welcome and are non-judgmental. One of the best food shelves I’ve ever been to! I try to always recycle my old clothing here as well.🙏💗 Ty everyone!

Used to be kind. Was really soul crushing to go and need help and be treated really badly now. This used to be a kind place when the storm blows in. I’m so lucky to be back on my feet and not need them anymore. I would never go back after the woman joyfully told me I couldn’t go bc I had missed an appointment time by 3 minutes which I had waited three weeks for. She had complete joy and happiness telling me after three weeks of waiting I could not shop there. At least they allow sadists to get joy at the expense of the hungry I guess. At least that staff person was joyful at her sadism. Allowing staff to profile and bully clients they don’t like is what you should expect now. The people who can use valley outreach now are those who are aggressive and it’s not safe for anyone who is a gentle sensitive soul.. it’s not for needy people .. it’s for greedy people.
