I have been hung up on I have been wrongfully denied on multiple occasions because they weren’t processing the information I was giving in the timely matter given and then blaming me for their mistakes.. Sara McCusik and Kara griffin both on a recorded call promised a call back at a certain time just for them to not follow up and when I called back to follow up I was met with a support person who hung up on me because I asked to wait on the line to speak with them because I was consistently getting a run around. I have never ever dealt with such disgusting behavior before in my 31 years of life. They will not help you. This place is extremely neglectful to their clients and I hope they get sued for negligence very soon.

Brought paperwork in, scanned in by receptionist Sarah, but now no coverage because they didn't get my application, but I was covered for 2 months, and any of my proofs. We were told this has really gone downhill and the people that work here don't care, but wow. I didn't know it was this bad. Rude too, when you ask where your paperwork went. Like it's your fault.

Melinda at the window is a rare jewel an CWC. She is always pleasant, helpful and treats people with dignity. When I have to go to CWC, I’m always relieved to see her at the window. More Melindas please!

They never answer their phones. They claim they're helping other people. What about me? Get more people on the staff. This is terrible at 9 o'clock in the morning. I should not ever be on hold. They need to hire more people. This is ridiculous to get a simple question

I've had numerous problems here but the thing that prompted me to actually leave a review just happened to a friend of mine that I've been helping deal with them. She is on disability and needs housing help. The worker she dealt with yesterday told her that the only other way they could help is if she were a drug addict in need of inpatient treatment or needed to be in assisted living. Since she doesn't fall into those categories the worker told her to, and I quote, "couch surf."

This place thinks CIVIL RIGHTS are a joke.in ACTED my 4th amendment rights when I did a mn statue 13.01 data request and they didn’t like that. The the public information officer darcy dwyer then sent a building wide email with my name and a picture and told them to call law enforcement if I come to a public building then called said building our as in taking ownership of public property this country needs to be put in check like the constitution intended

If I could give this place a no star I would! The lady was VERY rude and had no clue what she was doing. I tried asking her questions and she’d cut me off and say have a good day. Also claimed I apparently have “money” so my case could not be expedited even though I have zero money for anything and have two children. They have ZERO care about clients and this place is all about control and nothing more. I come from Fargo ND and they have a lot more cases then brainerd EVER would. The lady claimed phones have been busy all day so she has no time to call my work to verify I work there. Like what This place is AWFUL. They really need to correct how they treat people.

The rudest and most judgmental group of people I have ever been forced to encounter. Going to them for help and they shun and humiliate you, no help whatsoever they do not care about the citizens they're hired to help. Good luck getting any help or any answered questions.
