I thought the doctor and the NP that was shadowing him did a great job, they were very through and seemed to really care. The nurse on the other hand made me feel like garbage and like she was not even listening to me. Like I was making things up and being a bother to her.

ER doctor was the rudest man I've ever met in my life. Dr Scott harris. Blatantly accused me of playing the "system " whatever that means because I came in twice three months apart with the same problem which is a dental issue. Came in with red lines on his face as if he'd woken up from a nap and started immediately yelling at me. I'm going to make a formal complaint. Doctor harris if you don't like what you do for a living then go do something else but you will not be yelling at me or accusing of anything. I promise if you go get a different job you won't be missed because your bedside manner is garbage. You had no problem saying all these things to me ..so I have no problem posting them here and filing a formal complaint against you as one of the rights we have as patients is to be treated with RESPECT.

We visited LakeWood Health Center yesterday with a fish hook in my husband's thumb. The staff was totally above top-notch. We were admitted quickly and the actual removal of the fish hook (the THIRD one they saw that day!) was removed painlessly and quickly. Everyone we met there, especially on a Sunday evening, was kind and helpful. I'd highly recommend this facility. They are fantastic!

Went in to the ER for an ear infection on a Saturday was told it was just my jaw. Was told to go home and take some ibuprofen. By Monday my ear was so infected inside and out half my face was swollen.

I was traveling in the area and CHI accepted my insurance so went there. The NP who saw me wouldn't come close to me. I presented with a horrible cough and she never looked in my ears, nose, or throat. Having had many sinus infections causing a serious cough, I thought that was weird. Never did a covid test, only chest xray that she reported was clear, yet I was coughing up greenish phlegm. It was a horrible experience and I was so sick we had to cut the vacation short.
