The owner, Nicole, contracted my company for a significant repair project at her personal home. Although she initially expressed satisfaction with the work, she has spent nearly four weeks avoiding payment, offering a different excuse each day as to why it hasn’t been settled. At one point, she even attributed the delay to an issue with Milan Homes' office.

Unfortunately, communication has now completely broken down, and my calls and messages are being ignored. As a result, I have escalated the matter and shared all relevant information, including text and email conversations with Nicole and her manager, Eric, with the company's officers in hopes of resolving this issue.

IF you get hired to do a job for this company, make sure collect the payment first, otherwise they are going to find any excuses not to pay you. i did complete a project for them in south Tampa,
they acted like i destroy the stairway in that house, when i ask to get my liability insurance involved, they refuse to file a claim.

Really amazing home builders their entire staff crew are some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met they are like a big family in there. Their office looks beautiful and their show room shows all the different options and only a fraction of all the things they can provide to you for your home. If you’re looking for a custom home to be built I highly recommend giving them a call and seeing what they have to offer.

Going through a new construction home build with this builder. This is my second new construction purchase and this company leaves a lot to be desired.
For example, communication is lacking. I constantly have to request information, they’ve never proactively provided updates. And the updates provides are not professional — theyre often scattered and have lots of fluff with no substance. While some things can be attributed to the pandemic, supply chain issues, etc - there are some things that are inexcusible given the gravity of a home puchase.
Really hoping they can finish the project strong. But as things stand now I would not recommend doing business with this company.
