I would like to strongly recommend The Sacred Flowering to people who are looking for meditational yoga and therapeutic massage. Shannon helped with my recovering from both muscle pain as well as sleep issues. She created a customized and step-by-step plan to introduce me to breathing practices and meditational yoga, which not only helped me with improving my sleep quality but also enhanced my ability to meditate. Since is also a highly knowledgeable massage therapist and helped me recover from multiple muscle and joint pain I was dealing for a long time. Throughout the course of the treatment, Shannon monitored my progress and asked me questions to better customize her treatment plans for both my muscular and sleep issues. In each step of the process, she explained the exact goals and objectives of the yoga and meditation exercises, which enabled me to better practice them. Each session she also explained the philosophical aspects of yoga and meditation and helped me improve my focus during my daily life. Shannon deeply cares about the well-being of her students and the people she is treating, and it is evident to me that yoga and massage therapy are not just her profession but also her passion. I highly recommend The Sacred Flowering to all who seek to improve their mental and physical health.

I recently had a massage from Shannon and enjoyed the experience very much. I left feeling better than when I walked in. Shannon was very attentive to the challenging areas of my body by using strong, but not painful pressure. I really like her technique compared to other places I’ve had a massage from. She is also easy to talk to and did her best to understand and incorporate what I needed from our session.

If you need to relax, have sore muscles, or just want to take better care of yourself, go see Shannon! She’s been my massage therapist now for almost a decade and she’s by far the best at her craft. Her knowledge of the muscular system in addition to her yoga studies has given her a leg up on the competition. Not only that, but she’s the most caring person when it comes to her clients. Playing hockey, I’m injury prone and she’s been a big help with getting me healed up and back on the ice. She also gives great advice on stretches and things to do to help out between appointments too. You won’t be disappointed!

If you haven't already booked a session with Shannon, I strongly urge you to do so. My experience with her was fantastic; she is nothing short of amazing! This was undoubtedly the most exceptional reiki healing session I have ever had. The ambiance of her lovely studio alone is incredibly soothing and therapeutic. As soon as I arrived, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace and contentment. For those who are new to reiki, Shannon takes the time to explain the process and what it entails before the session. Overall, I had an incredibly positive experience and highly recommend Shannon to anyone seeking a reiki healer.
