They made a mistake on my nebulizer medication after telling me it was ready to pick up. Lost my insurance and they knew this that’s why I was filling my meds. To be told now because they put in quantity wrong I have to pay for it which it’s in the hundreds. Would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy.

The pharmacy staff at South Haven Walgreens is rude, uncommunicative, and dismissive. After receiving repeated texts that the prescription was ready for pick up, including multiple texts asking for confirmation the medicine was still needed, my son drove out there only to be told the pharmacy staff couldn’t find the filled prescription. So - a substantial drive, wait in line, and multiple text responses - for nothing? No direct communication/phone call when they found it either - just another text the next day again asking if the medication was still needed. Fix your system and attitudes, this is medicine you’re working with. Nobody deserves to be treated like an inconvenience when visiting a pharmacy.

I don’t want to go to this store anymore. The price of the items is wrong every time. I can never trust the prices they display. I’m so fed up with checking the receipt every time, I’ll never shop here again.

Best place to return packages they are so nice and helpful even if it isn’t supposed to go through them they will offer you take and print your label unlike the post office or UPS who sell it for extra money, aren’t friendly, nice or helpful. Love the ladies that help me each time!
