I have lived in the park for over a year now and finally it is coming together.
Management was all over the place for months after I lived here. The turn over rate with head management was very high and the courts girl was eviction and ticket happy. In the last couple months the change has been extraordinary. Betty is amazing. She is the most professional and compassionate person I have ever seen here. I love it here now because of her. Hope she is here forever. As long as she is here I will be too. Thanks Betty you are the best

PLEASE READ!!! I moved in with my 3 year old son and wife in July of 2024 since than I've had nothing but issues with this place. Refuse to do repairs on their own rentals. So prepare to fix someone elses property. (FOR EXAMPLE THE WATER SPICKET ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RENTAL IS BROKEN CAUSING A LEAK) which has caused the water bill to sky rocket ( WHICH THEY DO ADD TO YOUR RENT) FOR A SINGLE WIDE MOBILE HOME MY RENT IS $1400 + please take serious consideration else where before signing here 🤷‍♂️😁

Now posting a SCEOND review, our hot water failed within the first 90 days, the park sent some half assed company out and they ended up breaking my shower. And NOW they are refusing to get it fixed? So what I’m supposed to live with no shower? This place will take advantage of you in any way they can. And good luck finding any kinda corporate number, you can’t even get anything from the office because they will just refuse it, and tell you to get out. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A BUSINESS!!!

This is what it's like living in Lakevilla. Been here 4 months and had to pull out the space heater first winter here. 1600 a month to not have heat. Lived here two weeks after our deadline of it being covered. We called and still no response till after our days expired. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! We spent a bunch getting our own heat fixed. They did not care. They only want money. I do not recommend moving here. This place is the worst place I ever lived in. Even if you're in dire need. Do not do it! The management will not work with you. Move on! Horrible owner right now. He's only making things worse for himself. I wish I could give a zero on this rate.

The park will write you up for leaving your garbage can out 1 day after the date, weeds in the cracks on the driveway , leaves on the ground And then when I wake up all the leaves and put them in paper bags and put them on the corner to be picked up.They tell me it is my responsibility to dispose of them at my cost.Even though I pay for garbage pick up and lot rent here. I've been here for thirteen years and I live in the back of the park and Every winner , only the front of the park gets plowed or salted ,I've had to call in Is forward and Plow the road in my circle at my cost.Because the park doesn't come all the way To do it and they keep saying that they take pride In the
Park of the way it looks And yet I pay the same damn amount as the people In the front of the park but since I live in the back it doesn't get done.

They are very cheap with snow removal and salting the streets. But the streets by the office are always nice and clear. No other place that rents to people do that. Drive by on days there’s snow and you will see for yourself.

I’m a renter here you try to call the office to get maintenance they no it’s up to you if lived past here after a year they won’t repair anything when I moved in I told them my place wasn’t clean the water heater was working and furnace. Then tried to have me fix it worst place ever it’s a rental I don’t own it big difference.
